How long does it take for my product to be created and shipped?

Once an order is placed, please allow 5 days for your product(s) to be shipped out. You ill be sent a tracking number upon delivery

What materials are the products made out of?

For our embroidery stitching, we use 100% Cotton 3-tier terry thread. Please contact us about any other products and materilas for more information.

What are the prices?

Each product has a base price for the blank, any additional customization is an added on fee. Please refer to the "Product Selection" tab for prices and more information on product variants. Contact us for an exact estimate

What kind of customization do you offer?

For our custom products, we offer heat pressed designs and embroidery for the best quality products.
